Storyteller Sunday is a weekly campaign that highlights the people of the world and allows them to tell their story to all who will listen. Each story is unique to the individual(s) and carries a perspective that can only be seen through the eyes of experience. This week, meet:
James / Slack Lining Connoisseur
Life is simple whiny do what you love, just ask James, a graphic designer that loves to spend his down time suspended from the ground (oh the irony). "It all started in Brooklyn", told James. A friend introduced him to this wonderful freedom and he's been mastering the craft ever since. James lives a very minimalistic life backed by his following of Buddhist teachings. Show compassion, indulge in love, only take what is necessary, are all things that he lives by on a day to day. His motto is one that makes a lot more sense when you really process the depth of it's meaning, "Live every day like it's your last, I've noticed through life that you can go at any time". It goes back to the old saying of why put off tomorrow what you can accomplish today. None of us know how long we have and with circumstances being what they are today, it can be in any moment so why not follow your dreams and enjoy every moment life has to offer.
