Happy Labor Day weekend! I hope everyone enjoyed their cookouts and days off from work but now we're back to the work week. Luckily, we're here to kick it off with a Storyteller.
Meet Emma, the joyous and charismatic owner of DuPont Circle's premier yoga center, EpicYoga DC. Emma started dance when she was younger and within the past 8 years has transitioned to yoga where she is now an instructor. Along her path she found budokon, an American-made yoga style that infuses martial arts with the ancient art of yoga flow, a perfect balance for one with a dancer background.
