420 @ Dirty Bar
For all those that don't know, 4.20 in DC has become very interesting these past couple of years. We have been allowed to smoke in peace and party in public due to the cannabis legislation that is currently in place. Clubs, warehouses, houses, all places that smoking has becoming accepted and on 4.20, the town is floating high.
