You have to appreciate and respect those in your corner that no matter how hard you try, you can't impress them. Those that will lift you up but keep their critiques as cutting as possible, they keep you grounded. Listen to them like guardian angels, pushing you to be the greatest that you can be. Lately, I've been struggling to take in critiques as they come. My artistic sensitivity has been closing my ears to help from others but being aware of it that helps us change. So now that I am aware, lay the critiques on me.
