You always hear the stories about how all of a sudden a person felt a spark, a shift in the universe, that inspired them from that moment moving forward. Or a moment when you wake up from the night before and you see the light - the world instantly makes sense. I, personally, have had a few of those but as time goes on and you begin to once again drift off your path, it's easy to forget those moments. I can honestly say that this moment, this time, that feeling feels more achievable. I truly appreciate the ranges of new energy that I have recently come across - each flare sparking a different motivation in my soul and I can feel I growing. I am truly grateful for this space that I am currently in and will continue to feed this positivity with action and thoughts that maintain it. The new faces, the kindred spirits, the love & trust that I am surrounded with - all of it only adds to the strength I call on in times of need.

One thing I can definitely say that I have learned this past year is that fighting the natural flow of the universe is dumb because gravity exists. Life is supposed to take us on twists and turns and it is our job to flow along with it, making the most of every moment. The more you resist the road ahead, the more troublesome the road becomes. A perfect analogy is walking through a weed-invested forest - you can either walk the paved path and get to your destination easily or you can step off the path and get caught in thorns with every step you think is making progress. If you pay attention when negative situations arrive, you will usually notice that something happened to throw off the balance in our lives. Understanding our place in our families, amongst our friends and even on this Earth is vital to success. The moral of the story is that we are all here to accomplish something - staying focused and moving through understanding is all part of the process.

Again, shout out to all the new energy. I can't wait to continue this journey and explore my own creativity through our connection.
