I Shoot Cover Art

If you know me, you know I have this conversation and similar ones quite often because the whole point is important to me. The art of cover art has been long lost. I started following and studying the work of people like Chi Modu & Jonathon Mannion to understand how to conceptualize their ideas. But as things become more digital graphic based (with cheesy overlaid typography), I think people lost the appreciation for a photo speaking a thousand words. I hope one day to fully usher in the new era of Album Artwork but until then, I'll continue to explore the art of Cover Art.

Had the pleasure of shooting the Cover Art for the homie, Edwin Wright, a talented rising singer out of the DMV area. Check out his project, When A Man Feels, coming in December.
